1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Ceremony will begin at 4. You are welcome to arrive at 3:30 pm
2. What is the dress code?
Whatever your version of formal is! We care more about you being there than worrying about what you're wearing. Come as your best-dressed self and celebrate with us!
3. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Wather permiting the ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard at the El Capitan Hotel. Cocktial hour will fallow out on the courtyard and indoor lounage at the El Capitan.
Reception will be a short one minute walk down the street to the Manizer Theater where dinner and dancing will take place inside the Theater.
4. What will the weather be like?
It’s October in the Valley! It could be 65° or it could be 102°—who knows! ☀️🍂 The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. We do have a rain contingency, just in case!

6. Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
There is free public parking garage on ?? street, directley behind the El Capitan hotel. The reception will take place just a one minute walk down the street at the Mainzer Theater.
7. Can I bring my kids?
We kindly request that you refer to the invitation for the names of those invited. If your child's name is listed, they are invited to join us.
8. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a two-course plated dinner and dessert.
9. Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We'll be providing an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

We're so excited to share this special moment with all of you! To create a truly immersive and heartfelt ceremony, we kindly request that you put away your phones and cameras during the service. We'd love for you to be present and enjoy the moment with us. We've hired a photographer to capture the day, and we'll gladly share those beautiful memories with you after the celebration.

The reception ends at 11 pm. We will head stop for night caps at the wine bar on the walk back to the hotel.

Yes, the venues are wheelchair accessible. There are ramps and elevatiors.
